Cellicon® Cell Rention System

The Cellicon® Cell Retention Solution consist of a filtration assembly and controller designed for perfusion processes to achieve high cell densities and throughput. It is installed with the Bio4C™ ACE control software and available at different scales, and designed to improve flexibility and intensify upstream processes by removing spent media, and retaining high numbers of viable cells.

Redesigned the Mixing Family product line development by ideating, testing, and incorporating lessons learned from prior systems development.  Conducted user interviews to validate design concept, defined use cases, oversaw UX researcher in usability test execution to benchmark product. Redesigned an analytical tool that optimizes process development and manufacturing by collecting real-time measurements with a white-mode version. Improved user task flows and information hierarchy by interviewing end users and defining an empathy map, while aligning UI components with Bio4C Design System.
